Vidhana Soudha dominates central Bengaluru with its grand granite façade, broad steps and distinctive neo-Dravidian design. It houses the Karnataka legislature and is one of the city's most photographed public buildings.
For travellers, the main appeal is architectural and civic: the building is best appreciated together with Cubbon Park and the red Attara Kacheri across the road.
