Welcome to the Apna Basera Help Centre. Here's how everything works: Searching for a stay Use the search bar on the homepage to pick a city, your check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests. You can also browse by popular destination, or filter results by budget and rating on the search page. Booking a guest house Open any listing to see photos, amenities, and guest reviews. Fill in the booking form with your details and dates to request a booking. Depending on the property, you may be asked to pay online, or the host may confirm and collect payment at the property. Payments Where online payment is available, it's handled securely through Razorpay. If a listing doesn't have online payment enabled, your booking is confirmed as a request and payment is made directly with the host at check-in. Need more help?
