Book Directly

Best when you have already chosen a property.

  1. Review the property and room details
  2. Send a booking request to the owner
  3. The owner accepts or declines the request
  4. After acceptance, your stay is confirmed
A submitted request is not automatically a confirmed stay. Direct booking becomes confirmed only after owner acceptance.

Track your journey

  1. Open Track My Stay.
  2. Enter the mobile number used while submitting.
  3. Verify the OTP sent to the linked email.
  4. View your enquiries, booking requests and current status securely.

How property listing works

  1. Submit the property: Add contact, location, rooms, pricing, amenities, policies and photos.
  2. Accept the applicable terms: Commercial terms may vary by city, property, stay or service.
  3. Admin review: YatriSutra reviews the submission before it becomes publicly visible.
  4. Manage requests: Owners use their dashboard to review enquiries and accept or decline direct booking requests.
  5. Serve the guest: For the current booking flow, the guest pays at the stay unless clearly stated otherwise.
