About Nandan Pahar
Nandan Pahar is a hill on the edge of Deoghar that has been developed into a park, and it is the town's main non-religious attraction. The climb rewards you with wide views over Deoghar, and there is a small artificial lake with boating, a few rides, and temples to Nandi and other deities at the top.
It is a popular evening spot with families and a good place to watch the sunset after a morning of temple visits.
