How to Get to Vagamon
By air
Cochin International Airport is the principal gateway, with a winding multi-hour road transfer into the highlands.
By train
Kottayam is the most commonly used railhead, followed by road travel through Erattupetta or another hill approach.
By bus and road
KSRTC and private buses connect Vagamon with Kottayam, Pala, Erattupetta and nearby towns, but dispersed stays often require a taxi.
Always use the terminal and boarding point printed on the latest ticket; similarly named stations can be far apart.
