Marine Drive

A 3.6 km curved seafront promenade nicknamed the 'Queen's Necklace'.

← Back to Mumbai

Officially Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, Marine Drive is a C-shaped, six-lane boulevard curving along the Arabian Sea from Nariman Point to Girgaum Chowpatty. At night its streetlights form the pearl-like arc that gives it the nickname 'Queen's Necklace', and it's one of the city's most popular spots for an evening walk and sunset.

How to reach Marine Drive

Churchgate station sits right at one end of Marine Drive; easily walkable from South Mumbai.
