About Hadimba Temple
The Hadimba (Hidimba Devi) Temple is a distinctive four-tiered wooden pagoda set amid tall deodar cedars near Old Manali. Built in the 16th century, it is dedicated to Hidimba, a figure from the Mahabharata, and its carved wooden doorway and forest setting make it one of Manali's most atmospheric spots. The surrounding woods are pleasant for a quiet walk.
