About Venna Lake
Venna Lake, built in 1842 by the ruler of Satara, is a tree-ringed lake near the heart of Mahabaleshwar, popular for row- and pedal-boating and horse rides along its banks, with eateries lining the shore. It is one of the town's most visited and family-friendly spots.
