About Tsuglagkhang (Dalai Lama Temple Complex)
The Tsuglagkhang Complex, the Dalai Lama's principal temple in McLeod Ganj, is the spiritual heart of the Tibetan community in exile. It houses shrines with large Buddha, Avalokiteshvara and Padmasambhava images, a museum documenting Tibet's history, and is where public teachings are sometimes given. A place of quiet devotion and cultural significance.
