Dubare Elephant Camp

Dubare Elephant Camp, on the banks of the Cauvery River, is a forest camp where trained elephants are cared for and visitors can observe feeding, bathing and interaction sessions under supervision, alongside a naturalist's introduction to the animals. Reaching the camp involves crossing the river by boat when water levels allow.

Roughly 30 km from Madikeri; the camp is reached across the Cauvery (boat crossing depending on water level).
