Dainkund Peak, the highest point near Dalhousie, is reached by a short trek and rewards visitors with sweeping panoramas of the Dhauladhar range and surrounding valleys. A hilltop temple (Pholani Devi) and the wind through the pines give it a serene, breezy atmosphere.
