Delete your YatriSutra account

You can delete your YatriSutra app account at any time.

In the app

1. Open the YatriSutra app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You are signed out on every device, and your sign-in details and profile name are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email dhirajbharadvaja@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, and include your mobile number. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is kept

Enquiries and booking requests you already sent are kept by us and the property owner to handle the stay and for legal and accounting needs. Ask in the same email if you also want these deleted, and we will delete them unless a stay is upcoming or the law requires us to keep them.
